DO WHAT

IS RIGHT

Through programs that promote education, leadership, and community values, the foundation empowers young people to reach their full potential.

The Kurt Suzuki Family Foundation — Where the values of the game fuel a mission to uplift communities and inspire others to lead with integrity.

Our Mission: The specific and primary purposes for the Kurt Suzuki Family Foundation 501(c)(3), are to engage in charitable and educational activities, including but not limited to, fostering national amateur sports competition and to develop young individuals into successful athletes and leaders with character and a desire for excellence, both in life and in baseball, by focusing on five core principles: sportsmanship, respect, persistence, fellowship and leadership; to support families in Maui who have suffered from the natural disaster of the Lahaina fires; to collect and receive contributions and to dispose of funds exclusively for charitable, literary or educational purposes.

We're Proud to Make a Difference in the Lives We Touch

The KSF Foundation is built on the belief that every young person deserves the opportunity to grow, dream, and thrive—both on and off the field. Our mission goes beyond the game; it’s about shaping character, building confidence, and creating lasting change within communities.

Rooted in Kurt Suzuki’s Hawai’ian values of compassion and community, the foundation supports underprivileged youth in Hawai’i and Southern California through education, athletics, and menthorship. Whether empowering the next generation or providing aid to families affected by the Lahaina fires, the KSF Foundation is committed to doing what is right and inspiring others to do the same.

Proud Moments
and Meaningful Milestones

We are proud of the positive change we’ve brought to so many lives—and even prouder of the purpose that drives us forward. Every act of kindness, every opportunity created, and every young life inspired brings us one step closer to our greater goal: to change the world, one day at a time, by doing what is right. Guided by compassion, integrity, and hope, we believe that meaningful impact begins with small actions that grow into lasting change for generations to come.
