Rooted in Kurt Suzuki’s Hawai‘i-born values of compassion, integrity, and community, our baseball program empowers the next generation to rise through sport.


We challenge our players to stay committed to doing what’s right on the field, at home, and in their communities and to inspire others through their actions.We don’t just train athletes, we shape leaders, forge unbreakable friendships, and instill sportsmanship that shows up both on and off the field. Every drill, every rep, every game is rooted in our love for baseball and our commitment to competing the right way.

PONO: A Hawaiian word, meaning righteous in character. It’s a simple message, but is the best lesson a child can be taught early on in their life.

Where Competition Meets Character

Our program pushes athletes to compete at the highest level, but never at the expense of humility and kindness. From traveling to Maui after the Lahaina fires to support peers at the Maui Youth Center, to showing respect in every dugout we enter—our players learn that winning matters, but doing the right thing matters more.
